The full-service dive shop Central Florida dives with.
It all happens in one shop in College Park: our own training pool, certification, premium gear, air and nitrox fills, service, and rentals. We teach divers in that pool, then take them diving across Florida.
Everything a diver needs, in one place.
Most divers in Central Florida end up driving to three different places: a shop for gear, a school for the card, someone else for the trip. We do all of it, and we own the pool we teach in. Walk in for a tank fill, leave booked on a Keys charter with a regulator on order.
PADI Certification
Open Water through Divemaster and IDC, taught in our own pool by a PADI IDC Staff Instructor.

A deep training pool, on site.
Our deep pool was built for scuba training and certification, and we own it. Your confined-water work happens here, on your schedule, with your instructor.
New divers take their first breaths in it, and seasoned trip divers come in to check their gear and shake off the rust before a big dive.

We don't sell gear we wouldn't dive.
Our anchor is Huish Outdoors, the company behind Atomic Aquatics, Oceanic, and BARE. We carry their gear because it's what we dive, and we service everything we sell. Our rental gear comes from top brands and is kept in excellent condition.
Atomic Aquatics
Titanium where other regulators use steel, machined to aerospace tolerances. You feel it on the first breath.
Oceanic
Building dependable recreational gear since 1972. The brand a lot of divers learn on and never leave.
BARE
Thermal protection built for Florida: wetsuits for warm reefs, 68°F springs, and the long dives where the cold sneaks up on you.
Warranty handled. Everything we sell is backed by manufacturer warranty, and we file the claim for you.
Serviced in-house. Regulator service and BCD inspections done here, on gear we know.
Repaired, not replaced. Zippers, straps, o-rings: we fix the gear we sell to keep you in the water.
We didn't end up here. We chose it.
This building was the original College Park dive shop. It served the neighborhood's divers for years before it closed, and we're bringing it back.
And the location is no accident. The deepest water in Florida is in our backyard: Emerald Springs, a College Park sinkhole the U.S. Navy measured at 500 feet or more. Edgewater Drive has been a home for locally owned shops for a hundred years. A dive shop belongs here.

You learn from the people who run the boat.
Chad Hanjora is a PADI IDC Staff Instructor, which means he trains the people who train divers. His friends know him as The Scuba Dad. Jessica Hanjora runs trip logistics and shoots the photos you take home. Between them they have logged more than ten thousand dives. In a city full of theme parks, BluWave is run like a crew.
A real shop is why our trips are different.
We pick the dive first: the site, the conditions, the day. Then we build the trip around it. We dive reef and wreck off the Keys, sharks out of Jupiter, and the crystal springs a few hours north. You show up, and we've handled the rest.
